Bring a Smile to a Patient Send a SmileGram

A few kind words can brighten someone’s whole day—especially when they’re in the hospital. SGMC Health's SmileGram is a way for you to send a heartfelt message to a loved one, letting them know you’re thinking of them. Whether it’s a cheerful note, a message of encouragement, or simply a reminder that they are loved, your SmileGram will be delivered straight to their room and sure to lift their spirits.

There is no cost to send a SmileGram, but if you’d like to help us continue to make programs like this possible learn how you can support the Foundation.

Grateful Family Program Honor A Caregiver

Our Grateful Family program gives you a meaningful way to honor the doctor, nurse, or caregiver who made a difference. With your gift, your loved one’s caregiver will receive a personal card with your message of thanks and a custom-crafted pin as a symbol of your appreciation.
