Bring a Smile to a Patient Send a SmileGram
A few kind words can brighten someone’s whole day—especially when they’re in the hospital. SGMC Health's SmileGram is a way for you to send a heartfelt message to a loved one, letting them know you’re thinking of them. Whether it’s a cheerful note, a message of encouragement, or simply a reminder that they are loved, your SmileGram will be delivered straight to their room and sure to lift their spirits.
There is no cost to send a SmileGram, but if you’d like to help us continue to make programs like this possible learn how you can support the Foundation.

Not sure what to say? Here are a few SmileGram examples.
Thinking of you today and sending lots of prayers your way. You’ve got this. We’re all cheering for you!

Congratulations on your beautiful new arrival!! Wishing you and your little one health, happiness, and countless joyful moments as you begin this wonderful new chapter!

Grateful Family Program Honor A Caregiver
When someone you love receives extraordinary care, the gratitude you feel can be hard to put into words. Our Grateful Family program gives you a meaningful way to honor the doctor, nurse, or caregiver who made a difference. With your gift, your loved one’s caregiver will receive a personal card with your message of thanks and a custom-crafted pin as a symbol of your appreciation.
Your generosity is more than a thank-you—it helps ensure that other patients and families will also experience the same kindness, comfort, and excellent care. The amount of your gift will remain private, but the impact of your gratitude will be felt every day.
