The SGMC Health Foundation hosts events each year to raise support for the health system and give opportunities for community engagement. These events bring together people from all of our surrounding communities to focus on and improve healthcare in South Georgia.

Our Annual Signature Events

SGMC Health Foundation's Annual Signature Events support specific initiatives across the health system. Funds raised at these events support programs, educational outreach and medical equipment at SGMC Health. Each event has unique sponsorship opportunity and a meaningful impact on health and wellness in our area.

Glow on the Green Fore Men's Health

This unique 18-hole, 4-person scramble Glow Golf Tournament consist of 9 holes before dark, dinner, followed by 9 holes of Glow Golf in the dark! All  proceeds benefit men’s health awareness through Pearlman Cancer Center’s educational outreach programs and screenings.

Pink for Pearlman

Pink for Pearlman

The Pink for Pearlman events series is a way for the community to come together to raise awareness and support breast cancer patients and survivors during Breast Cancer Awareness month each October. The proceeds go to enhance breast cancer patient needs, educational outreach, community awareness, and breast cancer screenings.

Blazin' 100 Docs

The SGMC Foundation is looking for our Blazin' 100 docs!

Be one of the first 100 physicians to make a Blazin' $100 gift OR a Trailblazin' $1,200 annual gift to advance SGMC’s healing mission! Employed physicians have the option to commit to a monthly $100 gift by signing-up through payroll deduction.

The Blazin' 100 is a fun way to recognize a group of compassionate physician leaders who wish to improve the health of our community through their generous gifts to the SGMC Foundation!

Give $100 and then challenge fellow physicians to join the Blazin' 100, too! As a Blazin' 100 doctor, you’ll be provided with a custom lapel pin and recognition through a press release, social media, digital signage, and the SGMC Foundation website. Trailblazin’ Docs recognition will also include a headshot photo and listing as our Blazin' 100 Docs.

SGMC Community Holiday Celebration

Join us for a community holiday celebration, including pictures with Santa Claus, a gift shop holiday open house, festival music, sweet treats, and the Lights of Love Campaign Kickoff!


The event will be held at the SGMC Main Campus on December 6, from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.
